School District Patrol Services :

Campus Safety Inspections

               a. General campus inspections consist of several key services, such as;

                         3. Safety hazards such as trip and fall observations

                         4. Lighting conditions - broken, non-operational - missing

                         5. Water flow issues - running, broken heads, leaks

                         6. Parking area conditions - excessive trash - broken glass

                         7. Landscape observations - holes - missing items

 

Response Services

                a. Call response is a vital part of our service - response highlights;

                         1. Alarm Response - checking all doors and windows

                         2. Student and staff ID checks on all false alarm conditions

                         3. Confirmation of alarm conditions and subsequent reporting

                         4. Observation and reporting on any call response activity

                         5. Arrest activity reported to Police authority for disposition

 

Reporting Capabilities

                a. Industry best that sets the standard for reporting capability with;

                        1. In Vehicle computer access for expedited report delivery

                        2. Computer availability ensures District information confirmation

                        3. History of prior contact or incident is immediately available

                        4. Reports delivered via email at 6:30 am, every morning

                        5. District staff can review or address issues before school hours

 

Parking Enforcement Services

                 a. Complete parking enforcement services to address noncompliance;

                         1. Citation issue and file with DMV processing agent

                         2. Delivery of completed citations to DMV processing agent

                         3. Ensure campus sign compliance with vehicle code regulations

                         4. Design through citation printing can all be completed by SECURTEC

                         5. Maintain citation inventory at our corporate location
